WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team
  • Gather, challenge, and clarify business requirements, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with company goals
  • Break down complex requests into clear, structured, and prioritized technical tasks
  • Facilitate discussions with the development team to identify the best technical solutions and timelines
  • Build and maintain easy-to-follow roadmaps that guide delivery and manage expectations
  • Prioritize tasks based on business impact, and help stakeholders understand trade-offs and effort involved
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, affiliate, YouTube, and editorial teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure project progress is transparent and communicated clearly to all parties
  • Continuously optimize workflows, introduce improvements, and remove blockers
  • Handle ad hoc initiatives while balancing long-term goals in a fast-changing environment

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role working with development teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and aligning expectations
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, developer-friendly tasks
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, especially Agile
  • Confidence in prioritizing work and making trade-off decisions based on value and feasibility
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and identifying process improvements
  • Strong communication skills (both technical and non-technical), fluency in English
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms

GROSS SALARY

  • From 2 800 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
