WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Take full ownership of our paid social strategy — from building it out to hands-on execution across Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
  • Test various channels, audiences, and campaign types to identify what performs best and where we should scale
  • Continuously track performance, analyze data, and turn insights into action — optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
  • Stay ahead of social trends, new features, and creative tactics to keep our approach fresh and competitive
  • Experiment with ad formats, creative angles, and targeting to drive engagement and ROI
  • This role offers great potential to grow into a leading position and shape how we approach paid social at scale

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns, with a proven track record of performance-driven results — experience with high-budget, global campaigns (especially in the US market) is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, PPC metrics, and analytics tools, with the ability to optimize campaigns across regions for maximum ROI
  • Skilled in developing and scaling creative testing frameworks, audience strategies, and funnel approaches that align with global goals
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution — from setting up workflows to tracking performance and refining campaigns
  • Proactive problem-solver with an eye for spotting opportunities and crafting standout ad angles in competitive spaces
  • Organized and self-driven, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

GROSS SALARY

  • From 4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
