WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead and guide the strategic direction of the PPC Team, overseeing multiple projects
  • Set and communicate project direction, procedures, reporting and QA guidelines, while considering project goals, timeframe, resources, complexity level, and risks 
  • Ensuring top-notch standards for PPC management processes and deliverables  
  • Take ownership of the team's OKRs
  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, ROI, identify trends, insights, and optimize strategies for enhanced acquisition performance
  • Manage the acquisition budget effectively, monitoring expenses, optimizing spending, and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently
  • Continuously track the effectiveness of the team and propose workflow improvements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating day-to-day challenges and nurturing their skills

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 2+ members
  • 4+ years of experience in delivering and developing complex PPC strategies
  • Proven track record of delivering high-complexity global paid search strategies 
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting complex ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • An ability to perform well under pressure and keep the team on track
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and similar tools
  • Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in tasks execution
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with marketing and industry trends
  • Autonomy in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities

GROSS SALARY

  • 4300 - 5460 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
